The room was new-fashioned and neat, with a balcony and a small fridge. the seaside views were magnificent. - the staff was very helpful, making for an easy check-in process. - They had a good bar with excellent services and Wi-Fi. - the facilities were great, and we were able to park on the street.

The hotel is renovated and has ample space. The staff is attentive and there is the possibility of underground parking. The hotel is easily accessible on foot or by any means of transport. The bed was quite comfortable.

Although the hotel is not located next to the center and is well situated next to the bus (above) and train stations and a short walk from the maritime terminal, neighborhood did not seem very safe at night. worst thing was that first thing in the morning, waterspout fell in our shower from the room upstairs. We couldn't take a shower there because the tub was dirty from the water in the false ceiling. We were given another room on the same floor to shower in and director and head of maintenance came to see us, dry spots of moisture made us think that this was not the first time they had encountered this problem.

Apart from the bathroom floor, is a bit old, rest of the hotel had a very renovated look. Although I had been told that the area could be dangerous for walking around the neighbourhood, at the hotel I was shown a bar area for dinner towards the centre of town and I had no problem: streets with people, families, etc. bed was comfortable, although the pillows were a bit low. It is remarkable the kindness of the receptionist, who recommended me a very good place for dinner, indicated me where to move. location of the hotel is very good if you are passing through: two minutes from the AVE station and 10 minutes from the heliport and port.

Convenient location next to bus and train station. Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Luxurious bathroom with double sink. Free wifi and TV in room. a comfortable option for families or travelers looking for a convenient place to stay in the area.

Overall we liked the stay. The staff is very nice. They helped us with everything we asked them for. The rooms are big and comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious. No problem with the cleaning: We found it correct. Besides, the cleaning ladies we met were very helpful and friendly.

I read that other customers didn't like the location: I can't appreciate their rather poor nightlife compared to other parts of the city. However, hotel is next to the train and bus stations, very close to the port. In a short walk we are in the centre of Algeciras. There are also several car parks nearby. I've also read that the hotel is in need of renovation: I don't think it's strictly necessary. It is a hotel with "solera" and you can see it in its big stairs. marble bathrooms and living areas on each floor, only thing that we really didn't like is that the toilet area is very narrow.

The location of the Hotel so nice! It's near to the central and easy to reach due to near of the station. Also pet friendly!!

This place was really clean, and our balcony had a great view of the city 😊. The room was super quiet, couldn't hear a thing! The staff were all friendly and nice. The restaurant had good prices and the food was just amazing.

The Beds were comfy. Food at breakfast was good. Room generally clean. Quiet.

Hair left in the Bathroom. Air conditioning in the room was noisy. Products from coffee machine and fruit juice machine at breakfast were barely drinkable. Hotel should have fixed the problem or provided an alternative. Bad location and so secure parking required. Hotel charge 16 euros a night for this.
